As Acumatica Summit 2020 draws closer, exhibitors and attendees are from time to time subjected to improper solicitation from unaffiliated hotels or third-party housing agencies. Any offers from other hotels and/or housing agencies are not endorsed by The Cosmopolitan and Acumatica Summit 2020. DO NOT provide these companies with any personal or credit card information. They are NOT affiliated with the event and there is no guarantee your reservation will be made.

UPDATE (12/13/2019):
Please note, our hotel block is FULL, and the negotiated rate is no longer available.
Hotel rooms may still be available for the standard nightly rate The Cosmopolitan offers at the time of your booking. Additional hotels are available in the Las Vegas area to meet your needs.

Book your ticket into McCarran International Airport (LAS) which is located about 3 miles from the conference venue. Transportation to and from the airport is not provided. Attendees will need to arrange for their own transportation.

Transportation from the airport

Ride Share

Attendees now have another option for getting to and from the airport.  Lyft and Uber are currently authorized to provide ride sharing services at the McCarran International Airport at the departures curbs at both Terminal 1 and Terminal 3.  If you are an Uber or Lyft user, their services are available at the designated Ride Share passenger pick up locations listed on their apps.  Simply arrange for a ride using the app on your smart phone or mobile device or by visiting their sites for more information.

Taxi Service

More than ten taxi companies provide service to and from the McCarran International Airport and locations throughout Las Vegas. Taxi cab service is regulated by the Nevada Taxicab Authority, a Nevada State agency responsible for issuing medallions and setting fares.

  • Some taxis will not accept credit card payments. Customers should notify the attendant if they plan to use a credit card for payment.
  • There is a $2.00 charge on all fares originating at the airport.
  • The maximum number of passengers allowed in any taxi is five (5), including infants and children.

Remember to jot down the cab company, vehicle number, and driver’s name when traveling to and from McCarran International Airport, just in case you leave something behind. Taxis are easily accessible curbside just outside of baggage claim. Approximate cost: $35 USD

Terminal 1 Taxis

Taxicabs are available on the east side of baggage claim, outside door exits 1 – 4.  Airport personnel are available to help queue the lines and provide assistance as needed.

Terminal 3 Taxis

At Terminal 3, taxis are conveniently located outside on Level Zero. There are 20 taxi loading positions on the west end of the building to serve domestic travelers and 10 loading positions on the east side of the building to accommodate international travelers. Quick exit lanes will allow traffic to leave the airport quickly and airport personnel are available to assist as needed.

Taxicabs are also available at the McCarran Rent-A-Car Center.

Rental Car

McCarran International Airport has a consolidated rental car facility located off the airport grounds. Shuttle service is available to take all rental car customers from the main terminal to the rental car facility. The McCarran Rent-A-Car Center is located at 7135 Gilespie Street, just three miles south of the airport with easy freeway access to Interstates 15 and 215 and the Las Vegas Strip.

For travelers needing assistance, a telephone center with rental car information is located near the door.  The shuttle bus ride from the terminal to the rental car facility takes approximately 5 to 7 minutes. The shuttle buses run continuously 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year with continuous shuttle services to the Airport terminals.

Off-Site Rental Car Agencies

If you have reservations with a rental car company that is not available at the McCarran International Airport, please contact the company directly for any additional information or specific instructions. Off-site rental agencies pick up at Space #4 by the taxi staging area at the McCarran Rent-A-Car Center. Posted signs will guide you to the location.
