What is the cost to attend the Summit?

We offer two prices based on when you register:

    • Early Bird Summit Passes – $1,295 (September-November) *
    • Regular Summit Passes – $1,595 (December-January)

* Please note: Early bird pricing ends on Friday, December 1st, 2023, and there will be no exceptions or extensions for this deadline.

Will there be an app for the Summit?

Yes. Our Acumatica Summit mobile app helps attendees prepare for  Summit 2024 and enjoy the full event experience.  The app gives each attendee the ability to view the full event agenda and their individual schedule, network with other attendees, receive notifications, access Wynn Las Vegas floor map, and more.

  1. Download the Acumatica Events app from the App Store or Google Play
  2. Within the app, search for “Acumatica events”
  3. Follow the instructions to log in.

 

Are meals (food and beverage) included with my Summit pass?

Yes. Your Summit pass includes meals that will be served throughout the three-day event.

Here is what you can expect:

  • Sunday evening: (Welcome Reception: plentiful appetizers and cocktails)
  • Monday: (Full Breakfast, Full Lunch, Snacks at breaks)
  • Tuesday: (Full Breakfast, Full Lunch, Snacks at breaks, Full Dinner, and cocktails at Event Celebration Party)
  • Wednesday: (Full Breakfast, Full Lunch, Snacks at Breaks, cocktails, and snacks at Closing Reception)
Is there a way to register multiple people for the Summit at one time?

Yes. We give you the option of registering yourself as well as registering others.

Here are the easy steps to register others:

  1. When you reach the “Registration Summary” page for your registration, there is an “Add Group Member” button towards the bottom of the page. Click that and register the next person.
  2. Repeat step 1 until all the people in your group have been entered. When you reach the “Registration Summary” page for the last person, click the “Next” button at the bottom of the page.
  3. This will take you to the “Payment” page where you can provide a single payment for the whole group.
If I am already registered for the Summit, can I modify or cancel my own registration?

Yes, you can.

Go to Summit Registration and click the ‘Already Registered’ link in the upper right-hand corner. This will enable you to make any changes to your registration.

If I have already registered for the Summit and can no longer attend, can I substitute a different person for my spot?

Substituting a different person on an existing registration can be done at no charge by emailing Summit Customer Service at support@acumaticaevents.com

If I cancel my Summit reservation, can I get a refund?

The following is our policy for Summit Pass refunds:

    • Requests received by 11:59 pm (pacific time) on Friday, January 5th, 2024, will be refunded 100%.
    • Requests received by 11:59 pm (pacific time) on Friday, January 12th, 2024, will be refunded 50% of the total amount paid.
    • Requests received after Friday, January 12th, 2024, are non-refundable.

To cancel your summit registration, go to Summit Registration and click the ‘Already Registered’ link in the upper right-hand corner.  Next, click the “Cancel Registration” button. If you have any questions or issues canceling, please email support@acumaticaevents.com for assistance.

If my company is interested in sponsorship opportunities at Summit, where do I go for more information?

How do I get hotel accommodations at Wynn Las Vegas?

Due to higher-than-expected demand for the Acumatica Summit, the $249 per night rate at the Wynn is no longer available. Use this link to help facilitate finding other accommodations.

How do I modify or check my hotel accommodation at the Wynn?
  1. Go to Summit Registration and click the ‘Already Registered’ link in the upper right-hand corner.
  2. Enter the email that you registered with and your confirmation number. You will see an “Edit” button below your hotel details. This button will take you to your hotel reservation where you can make modifications.
If I cancel my Summit registration, will this automatically cancel my Wynn hotel accommodations?

No. If you cancel your Summit registration, you will be responsible for contacting Wynn directly to cancel your accommodations.

Will ground transportation be provided between the LAS airport and the Wynn?

Ground transportation is not part of the event package. Attendees will be responsible for transportation to and from the airport.  Given the proximity of the airport to the hotel, rates for taxis or other rideshare services are reasonable.

Where is the Celebration Party located?

The Celebration Party will be held at the XS Night Club located in the Encore which is connected to the Wynn (part of the same complex). The club offers large indoor and outdoor spaces to enjoy the festivities.

What is the dress attire for the Celebration Party on Tuesday evening?

The dress attire is casual to business casual.

Are there health, recreational and social activities planned for Summit 2024?

Yes. This year for Acumatica Summit 2024, we have several fun activities planned for attendees.

These include:

    • Monday morning: Morning Yoga session will get your mind and body ready for the full three-day Summit experience. Participants will meet at 6:15 am for this ‘rise and shine’ session.
    • Tuesday morning: Annual 5k Fun Run on the Las Vegas strip with participants meeting at the Main Entrance Lobby at 6:00 am.
    • Tuesday evening: Summit Celebration Party being held at the 40,000 square feet indoor/outdoor XS Nightclub at Encore at 7:30 pm.

We plan to add more healthy and fun activities to the schedule. Check the Summit agenda for updates.

What steps are Acumatica and Wynn taking to help ensure the health and safety of attendees?

The global pandemic has impacted how all events are conducted and Acumatica is working with the Wynn Hotel to balance the smart processes and practices that were necessary these past two years with the need to not unnecessarily restrict interactions and engagements among attendees.  In striving to achieve the right balance, we are committed to applying the learnings of the past two Summits to ensure the health and safety of our attendees.

These steps include:

  • An event app that will allow facilitate an easy and efficient check-in process minimizing crowd lines.
  • A state-of-the-art air filtration system enables the Wynn to far exceed the minimum air exchange rates by the CDC.
  • Use and access to outdoor sites for the Summit celebration party and other social events.
  • Health and safety guidelines based on pandemic best practices to inform how food and beverage will be served.
      • → Attendees will be able to serve themselves at the food stations.
        → Hand sanitizing stations will be available throughout the event space and at the beginning of every food station.
What is the Acumatica Events Code of Conduct?

Acumatica Events Code of Conduct 

Acumatica events are made to realize our mission to make the benefits of digital transformation accessible to small and mid-market businesses through intelligent and scalable technology, thoughtful user experiences, and unrivaled support enabling them to better serve their customers; we bring together people with a common agenda, cause, and interests, who collaborate by sharing ideas, information, and resources. It is of utmost importance to Acumatica that each and every person attending one of our events has a positive and rewarding experience and to that end, we invite all sponsors, volunteers, speakers, attendees, vendors, and others (“Participants”) to help us realize a safe, respectful, and positive experience for everyone. 

Acumatica has established this Code of Conduct to provide guidelines to Participants and to ensure that all Participants understand what behavior is expected, and what behavior will not be tolerated at our events. Acumatica expects all Participants to abide by this Code of Conduct at all events. This includes conference-related social events at off-site locations, and in related online communities and social media. 

Acumatica is dedicated to providing a harassment-free and inclusive event experience for everyone regardless of gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, disabilities, neurodiversity, physical appearance, body size, ethnicity, nationality, race, age, religion, or other protected category. Participants asked to stop any harassing behavior are expected to comply immediately. 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR 

  1. Be considerate and respectful to everyone 
  1. Refrain from demeaning, discriminatory, or harassing behavior, materials, and speech 
  1. Speak up if they observe anything at an event that conflicts with this Code of Conduct. If you are being harassed or feel uncomfortable, notice that someone else is being harassed, or have any other concerns, please contact a member of the MRC event staff immediately. 

UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOR Unacceptable behavior includes, but is not limited to: 

  1. Intimidating, harassing, abusive, discriminatory, derogatory, or demeaning speech, materials, or conduct by any Participants of the event and related event activities. Many event venues are shared with members of the public; please be respectful to all patrons of these locations. 
  1. Violence, threats of violence, or violent language directed against another person. 
  1. Sexist, racist, homophobic, transphobic, or otherwise discriminatory jokes and language. 
  1. Personal insults, particularly those related to gender, sexual orientation, race, religion, or disability. 
  1. Inappropriate photography or recording. 
  1. Any boisterous, lewd, or offensive behavior or language, including but not limited to using sexually explicit or offensive language, materials or conduct, or any language, behavior, or content that contains profanity, obscene gestures, or racial, religious, or ethnic slurs. 
  1. Failure to obey any rules or regulations of the event venue. 

CONSEQUENCES OF UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOR Unacceptable behavior will not be tolerated. Anyone asked to stop unacceptable behavior is expected to comply immediately. If a Participant engages in unacceptable behavior, event organizers may take any action it deems appropriate, including warning or expelling the offender from the event with no refund. 

WHAT TO DO IF YOU WITNESS OR ARE SUBJECTED TO UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOR If you are subjected to unacceptable behavior, notice that someone else is being subjected to unacceptable behavior, or have any other concerns, please notify the Code of Conduct Committee at cocc@acumatica.com. All reports will remain completely confidential. 

This Code of Conduct may be revised at any time by Acumatica and the terms are non-negotiable. Your registration for or attendance at any Acumatica Summit or events indicates your agreement to abide by this policy and its terms.
