Yes. Once again, the Summit Mobile App will help attendees prepare for the event and enjoy the full event experience. The app will give each attendee the ability to view their agenda, network with other attendees, receive notifications, access the Wynn Las Vegas floor map, and more.

Yes. To modify or cancel your registration, visit Summit Registration and click the ‘Already Registered’ link just below the page header. This will enable you to make any changes to your registration, including cancellation.

The only way to secure your room at Wynn Las Vegas at the Summit 2025 rate is through your Summit registration. Once you have completed your Summit event registration and reached the confirmation page, you must click the blue “Wynn Room Reservation” button to book your room. From there, follow the steps to secure your hotel reservation at the special Summit 2025 rate.

Go to Summit Registration and click the ‘Already Registered’ link just below the page header. Enter the email address that you registered with and your confirmation number. Click the “Edit” button below your hotel details, and it will take you to your hotel reservation where modifications can be made.
No. If you cancel your Summit registration, you must still cancel your hotel reservation directly with the Wynn by calling (877) 321-9966 or emailing roomreservations@wynnlasvegas.com.
No. Attendees are responsible for their own ground transportation when attending Summit 2025.
The annual Summit Celebration Party is Tuesday, January 29 and will once again be held at XS Nightclub located at Encore Las Vegas connected to the Wynn. The Celebration Party is the perfect way to enjoy the night, and XS offers plenty of indoor and outdoor space to dance, network with fellow attendees, and experience Vegas at its best.
There is no official dress code for the Celebration Party. Casual / business casual attire is appropriate, but XS is an indoor / outdoor venue and attendees should check the weather forecast ahead of time to ensure their comfort.
