How much are Summit 2026 passes?

Early Bird pricing for Summit 2026 is $1,595 per pass and is available through December 5, 2025. There will be no exceptions to the deadline, so you’ll want to take advantage of this deal while it lasts.

After December 5, the Summit 2026 pass prices increase to $1,895 each.

What is included in my Summit 2026 pass?

Your Summit 2026 pass is full of access and benefits to all that our program has to offer, including:

  • Keynote Sessions (Monday – Tuesday)
  • 80+ Breakout Sessions (Monday – Wednesday)
  • Summit Marketplace admission (Sunday – Tuesday)
  • Full, hot breakfast and lunch (Monday – Wednesday)
  • Welcome Reception and Dinner (Sunday)
  • Celebration Party and Dinner (Tuesday)
  • Closing Reception (Wednesday)
Are meals included with my Summit pass?

Yes. Your Summit pass includes the following meals that will be served daily:

Sunday, January 25: Welcome Reception – passed appetizers, desserts, and cocktails

Monday, January 26: Hot breakfast, full lunch, and snacks during the breaks

Tuesday, January 27: Hot breakfast, full lunch, snacks during the breaks, and a dinner with cocktails at the Celebration Party

Wednesday, January 28: Hot breakfast, full lunch, snacks during the breaks, and passed appetizers, desserts, and cocktails at the Closing Reception

Will Acumatica be providing attendees ground transportation between Seattle-Tacoma International Airport and their hotel?

No. Attendees are responsible for their own ground transportation when attending Summit 2026.

In addition to the Keynotes and Breakout Sessions, are there any additional activities planned for Summit 2026?

Summit 2026 has several activities for attendees to participate in and register for as a complement the full schedule of Keynote and Breakout Sessions, including:

  • Summit Hackathon, which will take place beginning Saturday, January 24 with judging on Sunday, January 25
  • Summit Marketplace, which runs from Sunday, January 25 through Tuesday, January 27 and will be all under one roof this year with some exciting Seattle touches
  • Women in Tech Luncheon on Tuesday, January 27 with a special guest speaker and panelists
  • Summit Celebration Party on Tuesday, January 27 at Seattle Convention Center | Summit Building
  • Summit Closing Party on Wednesday, January 28
Will there be a Summit Mobile App?

Yes. The Summit Mobile App will launch later in October 2025 and allow attendees to manage their registrations and help prepare them to enjoy the full event experience. The app will give each attendee the ability to view their agenda, network with other attendees, receive notifications, access the Seattle Convention Center floor map, and more.

How do I become a Summit 2026 sponsor?

Registration

How do I register for Summit 2026?

It’s easy. Visit Summit Registration and begin filling out the form. After you have completed the registration, you will receive a confirmation email from summit@acumaticaevents.com.

Am I able to modify or cancel my registration once it’s been confirmed?

Yes. To modify or cancel your registration, visit Summit Registration and click the ‘Already Registered’ link just below the page header. This will enable you to make any changes to your registration, including cancellation. There will also be a link in your confirmation email that allows you to view, modify, or cancel your registration.

Can I transfer my registration to another person if I have already registered for Summit 2026 but can no longer attend?

If you have registered for Summit 2026 and can no longer attend, please email Acumatica Summit Support at summit@acumaticaevents.com to discuss but wish to transfer your existing registration to someone else

Am I able to register multiple people for Summit 2026 at once?

Yes. When registering for Summit 2026, you have the option of either registering an individual or a group. To register multiple individuals at once:

  • Begin the first individual’s registration.
  • When reaching the “Registration Summary” page, click the “Register Additional Attendee” button near the bottom of the page. Select the registration type of the next individual – e.g., Customer, VAR, ISV, etc. to begin registering the next member of your group.
  • Repeat the previous step until all the people in your group have been registered. When you reach the “Registration Summary” page for the final person in your group, click the “Next” button at the bottom of the page.
  • This will take you to the “Payment” page where you can provide a single payment method for the entire group.
What is the Summit refund policy for cancelled registrations?

Refunds will be processed automatically upon cancellation based on the policies below. Should you require further assistance, please contact Acumatica Summit Support at summit@acumaticaevents.com

  • Registrations cancelled by 11:59 pm PT on Friday, December 19, 2025, will receive a 100% refund.
  • Registrations cancelled by 11:59 pm PT on Friday, January 9, 2026, will receive a 50% refund.
  • Registrations cancelled after 11:59 pm PT on Friday, January 9, 2026, are not eligible for a refund.

Hotels

What is the hotel situation for Summit 2026?

We are excited to be partnering with five local hotels for Summit 2026: Sheraton Grand Seattle, Hyatt Regency Seattle, Grand Hyatt Seattle, Hyatt at Olive 8, and Residence Inn Seattle Downtown/Convention Center. All these excellent options are within a short walking distance of the Seattle Convention Center | Summit building and will have special Summit pricing for attendees only available through our official room block.

You must book through our Summit registration to get the special Summit rates at all partner hotels.

How do I reserve my hotel room for Summit 2026?

The only way to secure your room within the Acumatica room block at discounted Summit 2026 rates is through your Summit registration. Once you have completed your Summit 2026 registration and reached the confirmation page, you must click the blue “Book Your Hotel Now!” button to book your room.

How do I view, modify, or cancel my hotel reservation?

To view or modify your hotel reservation:

  • Go to Summit Registration and click the ‘Already Registered’ link just below the page header.
  • Enter the email address that you registered with and your confirmation number.
  • Click the “Modify Your Hotel Reservation” button below your hotel details.
  • You’ll be taken to your hotel reservation where you can view, modify, or cancel it if necessary.
  • If you experience any issues with this, please contact summithotels@acumaticaevents.com.

 

If I cancel my Summit registration, is my hotel reservation automatically cancelled, too?

No. If you cancel your Summit registration, you must still cancel your hotel reservation directly with the hotel at which you booked your reservation. If you experience any issues with this, please contact summithotels@acumaticaevents.com

Celebration Party

When is the Celebration Party, and where is it?

The annual Summit Celebration Party is Tuesday, January 28 and will be held at Seattle Convention Center | Summit building. The Celebration Party is the perfect way to enjoy the night, and we’re excited to create an amazing experience for you to dance, network with fellow attendees, and experience Summit at its best.

Is there a dress code for the Celebration Party?

There is no official dress code for the Celebration Party. Casual / business casual attire is appropriate, and Seattle Convention Center is a fully indoor venue. Coat check will be provided.
